Indeema is looking for a System Administrator to join our Team.

Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Linux, Windows, macOS) and software used within the company.

Monitor and maintain the stability, performance, and security of workstations, servers, and network infrastructure.

Configure and manage MikroTik routers, VPN connections, and internal network routes.

Maintain and troubleshoot office and network equipment (printers, scanners, switches, Wi-Fi access points, etc.).

Manage user accounts and permissions (including LDAP and local access control).

Ensure regular data backup and recovery procedures are performed and verified.

Maintain technical documentation — system configuration, network diagrams, inventory, maintenance logs, and user manuals.

Assist employees with technical support for hardware and software issues.

Participate in the planning and implementation of system improvements and infrastructure updates.

  • Work on-site to ensure continuous technical support and infrastructure availability.

Requirements: Experience working with Linux, Windows, and macOS operating systems (installation, configuration, updates, troubleshooting);

Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN);

Hands-on experience with MikroTik routers (routing, firewall, VPN configuration);

Ability to work with network and office equipment (printers, scanners, switches, access points, etc.);

Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation (manuals, diagrams, inventory lists, maintenance logs);

On-site work is required;

Understanding of basic LDAP principles;

Intermediate level of English.

Will be a plus:

Experience in LDAP administration;

Basic knowledge of information security;

Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, VirtualBox, Proxmox, Docker);

Automation skills (bash, PowerShell, Python — basic level);

Understanding of backup and data recovery principles.

Personal qualities:

Responsibility and punctuality;

Attention to detail;

Readiness for on-site work and quick response to technical issues;
