Один з наших клієнтів займається виробництвом техніки та радіоелектронних пристроїв, що покращує ефективність ведення бойових дій.

Компанія відкриває R&D центр у Львові та шукає System Administrator, який допоможе запустити офіс "з нуля" та забезпечить стабільну роботу всієї IT-інфраструктури.

Необхідні навички та досвід :

  • Досвід роботи у сфері технічної підтримки або системного адміністрування від 2 років.
  • Глибокі знання Windows / macOS для підтримки користувачів.
  • Навички налаштування та діагностики мережевого обладнання (L2/L3), базове розуміння VPN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS.
  • Практичні навички роботи з Active Directory та Google Workspace.
  • Базове розуміння принципів резервного копіювання, безпеки робочих станцій та управління доступом.
  • Вміння організовувати роботу на об'єкті, приймати технічні рішення самостійно та координувати підрядників.
  • Високі комунікаційні навички, відповідальність, вміння працювати самостійно в віддаленому режимі.

Nice to have:

  • Базові знання Linux.
  • Досвід участі у пусконалагоджувальних роботах ІТ- або слаботочних систем.

Майбутні обов'язки:

  • Участь у побудові ІТ-інфраструктури нової віддаленої локації.
  • Встановлення, налаштування та обслуговування мережевого обладнання (комутатори, маршрутизатори, Wi-Fi).
  • Пусконалагоджувальні роботи та введення обладнання в експлуатацію.
  • Технічна підтримка користувачів і робочих станцій на віддаленій локації.
  • Вирішення інцидентів, віддалена діагностика, ескалація складних випадків у центральний ІТ-відділ.
  • Облік ІТ-активів: обладнання, ПЗ, ліцензії, документи передачі/повернення.
  • Координація роботи підрядників (інтернет, охоронні системи, електрика).
  • Регулярна перевірка, профілактика та звітність щодо стану інфраструктури.
  • Дотримання політик безпеки, резервного копіювання та контролю доступу.
