At Noltic, a leading Salesforce consulting partner, we are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support our project managers and teams working on Salesforce implementation and consulting projects. This role will primarily assist with coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and managing communication to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Assist in managing time logs and ensuring timely submission according to project policies;
• Help prepare and update reports on project status and performance for internal review;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation related to Salesforce services;
• Escalate any issues or delays affecting project timelines to the relevant teams;
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients and internal teams;
• Assist in monitoring project scope, workload balance, and customer satisfaction;
• Support basic budget tracking, invoicing, and revenue forecasting activities;
• Help with people management tasks such as organizing one-on-ones and tracking team availability.

• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination;
• Understanding of project management practices, documentation, and workflows;
• Experience with modern project management methodologies;
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace;
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities;
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of the English language or higher.

• Knowledge of German and/or Polish languages;
• Previous exposure to Salesforce projects or CRM environments.
