Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. To join our team and support the operational activities within the Delivery organization. The person in this role will assist with the support part of the hiring process managed by Delivery, as well as provide support to the Shared Service Desk and local IT operations.

Working hours: 11:00 – 20:00 UA, with flexibility for overlap with the Pacific Time Zone up to 21:00 UA if needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years of experience in an IT outstaffing/outsourcing company working with international clients
  • Basic technical skills or knowledge
  • Basic understanding of software development roles and processes
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher (spoken and written)
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with other departments

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the hiring process, including interviews, feedback, and statuses
  • Assist with onboarding, ensuring smooth setup of accounts, equipment, and access for new employees
  • Raise and support the employees' performance and other work-related issues
  • Providing engineers' logs for the accounting department on a monthly basis
  • Coordination of the PTO requests
  • Support the Shared Service Desk and local IT operations by helping coordinate requests and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Receive and log incoming requests from the external clients.
  • Escalate technical or operational issues to the appropriate IT specialists when needed.
  • Gain new knowledge and skills
