AUTOMASHTECH LLC operates in the automotive after-sales service market and is one of the largest importers and dealers of automotive service equipment, tools, accessories, and consumables in Ukraine, with over 25 years of market experience. The headquarters are in Kyiv with subsidiary offices in Kharkiv, Dnipro, Odesa, and Lviv.

Role Description

This is a full-time (09:00 - 17:00) on-site role for an Assistant Import Manager located in Kyiv City, Ukraine. The Assistant Import Manager will handle import operations, oversee shipping activities, and handle service claims and requests from the Service department. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, tracking shipments, translating shipment-related and technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, while maintaining efficient and timely processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of English (minimum B2) is a must, background in technical English will be a plus
  • Familiarity with Ocean shipping processes and documentation will be a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of compliance regulations related to international trade is a plus
  • Ability to learn quickly and have the desire for self-development in the supply chain and automotive service fields
