An international law firm with over 80 offices in 40 countries worldwide is looking to hire a part-time Payroll Accountant with responsibilities covering payroll and military registration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle of payroll calculation and payment for employees (salaries, bonuses, vacation pay, sick leave, compensations).
  • Accounting and control of vacations, sick leave, and maternity leave.
  • Preparation of payslips, timesheets, income certificates, and vacation orders.
  • Interaction with banks regarding payroll payments.
  • Maintenance, processing, and control of personal military registration.
  • Timely submission of required reports and information to the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TCC).
  • Carrying out employee reservation (military deferment) procedures.
  • Monitoring employee compliance with military registration requirements (document checks, data updates).

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Payroll.
  • Experience in maintaining military registration and reconciliation with TCC.
  • Experience working with BAS and Vchasno software.
  • English level B1 or higher.
