We're currently looking for a Head of Product / CPO to join our new product—JustDone, an AI assistant for the academic audience that helps improve work with scientific papers, learning, and conducting in-depth research.

The main goal of this role is to lead the product and drive the overall product development strategy. The Head of Product will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, and will be instrumental in driving the growth of the company through a product-led approach.

ABOUT YOU:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Lead/Head/CPO with a b2c product in a Tier-1 market;
• Proven experience in a leadership role within product management, preferably in a technology-driven company;
• Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products;
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions;
• Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, especially AI;
• Proven experience in strong Customer Development;
• Ability to develop clear product roadmaps and one-pagers for initiatives;
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and running experiments. Promoting a culture of experimentation and building scalable testing pipelines;
• Deep understanding of Unit Economics.

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:

• Lead the product team: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives;
• Product development: Drive the development and enhancement of JustDone's products, ensuring they meet the needs of the target market and align with the company's vision;
• Product strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that drives growth, innovation, and competitive advantage;
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless product delivery and optimization;
• Market analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use these insights to inform product strategy and decision-making;
• User experience: Champion user-centric design principles and ensure that the product delivers an exceptional user experience;
• Performance tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the product and regularly track and report on performance;
• Team development: Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
• Business Growth: develop solutions and make decisions fostering JD's business success.
