Вимоги до кандидата:

  • 3+ років у Embedded/Linux Security або Platform Security;
  • Практика з Buildroot/Yocto, U-Boot/Coreboot, kernel config, device tree;
  • Secure/Measured Boot, TPM 2.0 / secure elements, dm-verity, LUKS/FDE, anti-rollback;
  • Харденінг: SELinux/AppArmor, seccomp, systemd-hardening, capabilities, модулі ядра;
  • Мережа/сервіси: nftables/iptables, OpenSSH-hardening, minimal footprint;
  • Мови/інструменти: C/C++/Rust (бажано), Python/Bash, OpenSSL/GnuPG.

Буде плюсом:

  • Досвід з Yocto hardening layers, Measured Boot з TPM PCRs, SBoM (CycloneDX/SpDX), SLSA/in-toto/signing (sigstore);
  • Досвід підготовки до аудитів, написання політик/процедур, робота з PKI;
  • Знання IEC 62443, NIST /207, FIPS 140-3, досвід проєктів для оборонної/промислової галузі;
  • Робота з JTAG-lock, secure-debug, anti-tamper HW, conformal coating тощо.

Майбутні обов'язки:

  • Платформа та збірки ОС
    Збірка кастомних дистрибутивів Linux на Buildroot/Yocto; мінімізація образів, reproducible builds.
    Конфігурація boot-ланцюга: U-Boot/Coreboot, увімкнення Secure/Measured Boot, anti-rollback, dm-verity/fs-integrity.
  • TPM та криптографія
    Проєктування trusted chain: PKI, генерація/зберігання ключів, підпис прошивок та OTA-пакетів.
    Інтеграція TPM 2.0 / secure-element, політики measured boot
  • Харденінг системи
    SELinux/AppArmor, seccomp, kernel lockdown, Linux capabilities.
    Харденінг systemd юнітів, заборона непотрібних syscalls/модулів ядра.
    Мережеве жорстке налаштування: nftables/iptables, повне закриття портів та служб за замовчуванням, контроль доступу до шин (UART/JTAG/SWD) і debug-lock, створення white-lists.
  • Процеси безпеки та відповідність
    Узгодження схем і BOM із HW-департаментом для відповідності вимогам НАТО/галузевим стандартам (e.g. FIPS 140-3, IEC 62443, NIST /
    Підготовка до та супровід зовнішніх аудитів/пен-тестів, закриття зауважень.
  • Співпраця з
    Співпраця з Product для безпечних, але простих сценаріїв (ініціалізація, відновлення,
    Співпраця з інфраструктурою командою для OTA.
    Співпраця з технологом для мас-проду - розуміння як імплементувати всі ступені захисту аби вони були не обтяжливі для масового виробництва.
  • Контроль якості
    SAST/DAST/фаззинг (clang-asan/ubsan, libFuzzer/AFL), CI policy checks, відповідність CIS-benchmarks.
    Моніторинг цілісності (IMA/EVM), локальне безпечне логування з офлайн-експортом.
