JOB SUMMARY

This role involves managing requisition-to-PO transactions, resolving supplier invoice discrepancies, and generating operational reports. The candidate will have hands-on experience with procurement tools, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute P2P transactions with high accuracy, including requisition creation, PO issuance, and MRP runs.
  • Manage catalogs, master data (MDM), spot buys, and helpdesk queries. Resolve invoice mismatches and supplier payment issues in coordination with AP and procurement teams.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to P2P performance, supplier compliance, and operational KPIs.
  • Support catalog enablement and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain strong documentation and audit trails for all transactions.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and seek guidance when needed

​JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Intermediate understanding of P2P operations.
  • Experience in procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.).
  • Basic analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Foundational knowledge of project management and automation tools (e.g., MS Visio,
  • PowerPoint, RPA).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (required).
  • Master's degree (preferred).
  • Ability to articulate business needs and translate them into operational actions
