ЛУН — proptech компанія, яка створює сервіси для покупки і оренди житла в Україні і за кордоном. Змінюємо досвід вибору нерухомості, використовуючи новітні технології та АІ. Збираємо найбільш актуальну та точну статистику ринку нерухомості України, створюємо низку соціальних проєктів спільно з Міністерством цифрової трансформації, United24 тощо. Є учасниками "Бізнес без бар'єрів" — спільноти компаній, об'єднаних навколо ініціативи першої леді Олени Зеленської «Без бар'єрів».

Ми шукаємо support manager у команду продукту Наша місія зробити найкращий сервіс для розміщення та пошуку житла в оренду та продаж. Сервіс орієнтований на професійних рієлторів, які допомагають знаходити житло користувачам.

Наша команда

Зараз нашим клієнтам допомагає 8 support managers. Але росте наш продукт і кількість запитів від рієлторів відповідно. Тому шукаємо ще людину — для роботи в будні та у вихідні. Тобто 5 робочих днів в тиждень, 2 з яких обов'язково мають припадати на вихідні (приблизно раз в місяць).

Що ти будеш робити:
  • познайомишся з нашим сайтом і розберешся з його функціоналом
  • спілкуватимешся з нашими клієнтами по телефону
  • консультуватимеш клієнтів щодо роботи з сайтом та особистим кабінетом, допомагатимеш вирішувати проблеми
  • працюватимеш із клієнтськими запитами в мессенджерах
Про тебе:
  • студент/ка останніх курсів університету
  • маєш досвід роботи з людьми (бажано але не обов'язково)
  • ввічливість та стресостійкість
  • гарно володієш письмовою та усною українською мовою
  • вмієш знайти спільну мову з незнайомцями
Про етапи співбесід:

Наша команда Support-ів наразі працює віддалено, тому співбесіди будуть відбуватись через Google Meet:

1 етап — співбесіда з HR

2 етап — співбесіда з Head of Support
