Content Producer

We are looking for a Content Producer for a new social shopping application targeting the U.S. market.

In this role, you will source top-tier experts in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle, and work with them to produce high-quality, engaging micro-learning content. You'll ensure that all content is tailored to user needs, meets the highest standards, and drives customer engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities:

1. Expert Sourcing & Management

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit beauty, fashion, and lifestyle experts (stylists, influencers, dermatologists, makeup artists, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with experts.
• Negotiate collaboration terms and manage a smooth onboarding process.

2. Content Production

• Develop editorial and content calendars.
• Collaborate with experts to create structured, engaging, and actionable content (tutorials, guides, routines, challenges, etc.).
• Oversee the creative process from concept to final production, ensuring content is on-brand, high-quality, and optimized for digital platforms.

3. Project & Workflow Management

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure all content meets legal, brand, and compliance standards.
• Track content performance and refine based on feedback and analytics.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in video content production, editorial management, or program development in English.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong creative mindset.
• High attention to detail.
