Критичні вимоги до кандидата:

* вільне володіння графічними та відео- редакторами Adobe Photoshop, Figma, After Effects тощо (Canva - не розглядається)

* досвід у створенні AI-креативів (Sora, Freepk тощо)

* високий рівень копірайтингу та сторітелінгу

* креативність та здатність перетворювати ідеї в чіткі плани * комунікабельність та проактивність

* досвід роботи в креативних агенціях

Функціональні обов?язки:

* управління соціальними мережами (Instagram, Telegram, YouTube Shorts, Threads)

* аналіз статистики та ефективності контенту

* генерація ідей для постів, інтерактивів, відео, а також контроль їхньої реалізації

* пошук трендів, аналіз конкурентів та адаптація контенту під акутальні формати

* вміння комунікувати цілісними "кампаніями", а не одиничними публікаціями

* створення та втілення ідей для статичного- та відео-контенту

* написання креативних текстів

* координація з підрядниками та маретинг-департаментами

* активна участь в брейнштормінгах команди для створення унікального контенту

* систематична оптимізація контенту для збільшення залученості та охоплень

* створення ідей для TikTok-акаунтів і модерація продакшну

* робота в межах стайл-гайду і ToV

* мультизадачність

Nice to have:

* досвід роботи з нішею гемблінгу / бетінгу

* створення 3D-дизайну
