Sales Lead
 — людину, яка візьме у свої руки розвиток продажу, збудує систему та виведе її на новий рівень. Це стратегічна й водночас hands-on роль, де важливо і планувати, і діяти.

Що буде у фокусі:

  • Створення та реалізація плану продажу.
  • Аналіз ринку, конкурентів та трендів.
  • Побудова партнерських відносин з HoReCa, Retail та ростеріями (бізнесами, які обсмажують кофе).
  • Системна підтримка спеціалістів з обсмаження та їх команд.
  • Впровадження стандартів роботи та розвитку команди продажів.

KPI:

  • Виконання плану продажу (гривня/одиниці продукції).
  • Розширення присутності в Україні.
  • Зростання в пріоритетних категоріях.
  • Побудова довгострокових партнерств.

Ми шукаємо того, хто має:

  • Досвід управління продажами (національне покриття буде перевагою).
  • Розуміння HoReCa та Retail каналів, бажано — досвід у категоріях: кава, чай, алкоголь, гастро.
  • Уміння будувати win-win партнерства.
  • Лідерські якості: результативність, стратегічне бачення, аналітичність, емоційна витривалість.

  • Хочете впливати на розвиток компанії та культури кофе в Україні.
