Junior Sourcer, will support the recruitment team in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for various technical roles within the company. You will work closely with Senior Recruiters to source, engage, and screen candidates for positions across engineering, data science, and other technical fields. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company attracts the best talent available.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing
: Utilize job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Dou, Djinny, Stack Overflow, etc.), and other sourcing tools to identify and engage potential candidates for tech positions.
- Candidate Screening
: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for technical roles.
- Collaboration with Recruiters
: Partner with Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Pipeline Management
: Maintain and update candidate databases, track sourcing activities, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research
: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging sourcing methods to continually improve sourcing strategies.
- Reporting
: Assist with sourcing metrics and recruitment reports, providing updates on pipeline progress and sourcing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Language Skills
: Proficient in English (B2+ level or higher). Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Experience
: Prior experience in a recruitment or sourcing role (internships or previous junior roles in recruitment are a plus).
- Tech Savvy
: Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, etc.) and an understanding of technical roles (such as developers, engineers, data scientists) is a plus.
- Attention to Detail
: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive & Collaborative
: A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive Attitude
: Passionate about helping to build a great team and contribute to the company's growth.
