Наш Trainee Sourcer/Recruiter:

  • веде пошук кандидатів у різних каналах згідно з брифу
  • наповнює та оновлює базу кандидатів
  • складає описи вакансій та wow-меседжі для кандидатів
  • веде первинну комунікацію з кандидатами

Наш майбутній Trainee Sourcer/Recruiter:

  • має розуміння і досвід каналів пошуку кандидатів (Linkedin, телеграм-канали, DOU та інші job-ресурси)
  • пройшов(-ла) курси з рекрутингу/сорсингу
  • володіє англійською на рівні Intermediate та вище
  • бажає отримати досвід в рекрутингу
