Job Description

Position Overview

The FP&A Contractor will support the Finance Planning & Analysis team in delivering accurate financial forecasts, operational reporting, and administrative support. This role is critical to ensuring timely insights for business decisions and maintaining compliance with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Forecasting

  • Develop and maintain consolidation templates for financial reporting.

  • Validate assumptions including Risks & Opportunities and base scenario financials.

  • Complete LPT submissions and validate.

  • Prepare and consolidate forecasts.

  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis as required.

FP&A Operations

  • Prepare sales consensus and S&OP meeting materials.

  • Validate financial data across financial tool (FSA, BPC), daily sales reports, and headcount reports.

  • Communicate department expense details and maintain dashboards.

  • Support monthly closing activities and reporting.

Administrative Support

  • Track finance expenses and maintain documentation.

  • Coordinate meeting arrangements and provide general administrative support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 -3 years of working experience in related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with finance system (COMET, FSA, LPT, BPC, and Power BI) preferred.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
