We're working on an innovative platform that blends elements of gamification with real-time financial market dynamics. The product simulates competitive trading environments, offering an engaging and strategic experience powered by live data and interactive features.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading development teams (5–6+ people)
  • Solid background in building financial or trading systems

Core Technical Skills

  • Java + Spring Boot (7+ years) – deep understanding of design patterns and best practices
  • Microservices – strong grasp of distributed architecture, RESTful APIs
  • Databases – experience with relational & NoSQL systems (e.g., CockroachDB), performance tuning
  • Event Streaming – Apache Kafka, event-driven services, real-time processing
  • Cloud Infrastructure – AWS (EKS, S3, ALB), Docker, Kubernetes, CloudWatch

Domain Knowledge

  • High-performance financial systems (trading, transactions, payment flows)
  • Real-time data processing, caching strategies (Redis/ElastiCache)

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement clean, efficient, and maintainable code throughout the entire development lifecycle, following modern engineering practices
  • Contribute to feature development in alignment with the roadmap and product goals
  • Collaborate on technical specifications and participate in shaping architectural decisions
  • Lead and participate in agile team rituals such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Promote and uphold coding standards, mentoring team members to follow consistent engineering practices
  • Oversee team growth and skill development, supporting career progression and performance reviews
  • Provide hands-on support to the team in solving technical and day-to-day challenges
