Основні завдання:

  • Повний цикл підбору офісного персоналу.
  • Розміщення реклами на різних джерелах пошуку роботи.
  • Первинний відбір резюме, первинні дзвінки кандидатам, оцінка hard/soft skills.
  • Співбесіди та погодження кандидатів з керівниками, узгодження оформлення, відправка job offers, прийом документів.
  • Робота у корпоративній ERP системі.
  • Комунікація з колегами із різних офісів.
