In this role, you will:

• Contribute to organizational design and change management processes
• Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to provide actionable insights that improve team performance and engagement
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support retention strategies within the assigned business area
• Monitor and analyze processes, identifying gaps and initiating improvements to policies, procedures, and practices
• Support organizational change, workforce planning, and talent development within the assigned business unit

Skills you'll need to bring:

• Proven experience (at least 5 years) as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage complex decisions
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide data-driven recommendations
• Experience with organizational design, change management, and talent development
• Upper-intermediate English & fluent Ukrainian

As a plus:

• Experience in a fast-paced or dynamic industry
• Familiarity with HR tools and systems, such as HRIS platforms
