Your mission

Ensure the
technological readiness and efficiency of serial production
— from process design and documentation to equipment selection and cost optimization.

The role focuses on
developing and improving manufacturing processes
for electronic and mechanical assemblies, ensuring stable quality, repeatability, and scalability of production.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Process Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer in electronics or mechanical manufacturing.
  • Ability to read and interpret 3D models and technical drawings using CAD tools (CATIA, Siemens NX, SolidWorks, or Creo).
  • Experience developing manufacturing technologies for: mechanical part processing, assembly of units and modules, composite structure fabrication, DIP assembly, welding, and coating processes
  • Strong understanding of production optimization, efficiency, and continuous improvement methods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop technological and production documentation for serial manufacturing (assembly, soldering, harness and cable production, electronic module calibration).
  • Implement and maintain manufacturing processes on the production floor.
  • Collaborate with design and R&D teams to resolve documentation or component discrepancies, including component replacement analysis.
  • Conduct time studies of technological operations and calculate material consumption norms.
  • Select and implement specialized equipment, tools, and materials; prepare technical requirements for tooling and fixtures.
  • Analyze root causes of defects (Root Cause, FMEA) and work with the Quality team to eliminate them.
  • Optimize production costs without compromising product quality and reliability.
