Functional responsibilities:
- Providing financial services advice over the phone and via chat, according to the client's needs
- Sales of premium banking products via remote communication channels
- Scheduling meetings for potential and existing clients with managers
- Fulfillment of established KPIs regarding the quality of consultations and work with clients
- Entering information about the client (current/potential) into CRM on a daily basis, according to regulations
- Identification, verification of clients in accordance with the Bank's GNI
- Compliance with Customer Service Standards, in accordance with VND Bank requirements
Job responsibilities
- Provide first-class service and services to premium clients via remote communication channels (telephone, chat, email)
- Sell financial products to premium clients
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education in finance, banking, economics
- Experience in sales (preferably financial/banking products, premium banking, insurance)
- Developed communication skills and pleasant voice characteristics
- Fluent oral and written proficiency in Ukrainian and English (at least level B2)
