Ми розширюємо нашу команду, тому наразі ми у пошуку Business Analyst Team Lead в команду розробки сервісів складської логістики.

Чим ти будеш займатись
  • Виявлення та аналіз бізнес-вимог
  • Супровід завдання від постановки розробнику до фінального приймального тестування бізнес замовником
  • Виконання ролі посередника між стейкхолдерами, командами розробки та іншими департаментами
  • Моделювання процесів та розробка рішень для оптимізації бізнес-процесів
  • Управління командою бізнес-аналітиків, надання підтримки щодо подальшого розвитку
  • Підготовка та підтримка детальної документації щодо вимог, специфікацій та процесів
  • Взаємодія з користувачами продукту

Про тебе
  • Мінімум 5 років досвіду в сфері бізнес-аналізу або суміжній сфері. Досвід в успішно впроваджених складних проектах
  • Володіння інструментами та методологіями бізнес-аналізу
  • Досвід роботи з інструментами моделювання процесів (наприклад, BPMN, UML)
  • Знання та досвід методологій Agile (Scrum, Kanban) та інструментів (наприклад, Jira, Confluence)
  • Базові знання з SDLC
  • Розуміння сучасних веб-технологій/клієнт-серверної архітектури
  • Сильні аналітичні навички, здатність критично мислити та вирішувати складні проблеми
  • Здатність керувати та мотивувати команду на досягнення цілей проекту
