As part of the IT Operations & Automation team, you will support both office and remote employees, maintain infrastructure systems, and help automate internal IT processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 tools. Your responsibilities will include managing IT equipment, monitoring critical information systems, providing technical support, and streamlining IT operations through low-code automation.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL- Provide Level 1/2 technical support to Opinov8 employees (on-site and remote).
- Monitor information systems, endpoints, and infrastructure services; escalate incidents when necessary.
- Deploy, configure, and decommission user laptops and workstations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Maintain computer hardware, office equipment, and peripherals.
- Create and support Power Automate workflows for IT operations (approvals, notifications, onboarding/offboarding, data sync, reporting).
- Assist in developing and maintaining Power Apps used by internal teams (forms, dashboards, equipment management tools).
- Collaborate with IT team members to standardize and automate repetitive processes.
- Maintain documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, and internal knowledge bases.
- 2+ years of experience in an IT Support / IT Operations role.
- Experienced in administering Entra ID (Azure AD): users, groups, roles, permissions, conditional access, devices.
- Familiar with Jira (user management, projects, ServiceDesk; workflows as a plus).
- Familiar with ServiceDesk and monitoring systems (Jira Service Management, Intune, Defender, etc.).
- Hands-on with managing user machines running Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Experienced in administering Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
- Knowledgeable about basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing).
- Skilled in troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Familiar with Microsoft Intune (compliance policies, endpoint configuration, app deployment).
- Experienced with or strongly interested in Power Automate (flows, connectors, approvals, integrations).
- Experienced with or strongly interested in Power Apps (canvas apps for forms and workflows).
- Experienced with or strongly interested in using automation to optimize IT and business processes.
- Comfortable communicating in English at an Intermediate level or above (daily interaction with global teams).
- Experience integrating Power Automate with Jira / Atlassian products.
- Experience with asset-management systems such as Snipe-IT.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Graph API.
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 Type II processes (asset management, access management, evidence collection).
