Content Producer

We are looking for a smart, proactive individual with analytical thinking for the position of Content Producer. You will be responsible for creating, organizing, and managing various content for the social media of C-level executives and their projects, as well as assisting in trend research and working with C-level projects, internal Kindgeek products and services (including the AI platform Easyflow).

We're looking for a Content Producer who has:

• At least 1 year of experience in the technology or B2B sector as a Content Producer, SMM Manager, or Copywriter is preferred.
• Understanding and practical experience working with key social networks: Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Proficiency and fluency in Ukrainian and English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
• Copywriting and storytelling skills, ability to create engaging content.
• Experience working with graphic editors (Figma).
• High level of creativity and proactivity, ability to generate new, relevant ideas, conduct quality research, analyze information, and transform it into unique and valuable articles or posts.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and a high level of self-organization.
• Ability to work in a team, listen, and take the founder's wishes into account.

As a Content Producer, you will be responsible for:

• Generating ideas for content, developing and maintaining a content plan based on selected goals and strategies.
• Conducting research to find relevant topics, trends, and newsworthy events that will resonate with the target audience.
• Transforming input from the owner (text, audio, video, images, ideas) into high-quality, engaging, and targeted content (e.g., threads, short tweets, posts, articles, memes).
• Assisting with the preparation of the Flow video podcast for YouTube — searching for materials for editing, creating materials, preparing descriptions for videos, and subsequently posts based on episodes.
• Creating email newsletters for the Flow podcast using MailChimp.
• Creating, adapting, and optimizing visual materials for publications (experience with Figma is important here).
• Creating and optimizing content in Ukrainian and English, ensuring its compliance with the tone of voice and specifics of each platform.
• Preparing, writing, and publishing articles for a personal blog based on research and analysis of information.
