We believe in people and shared values SELECT. That's why, together with Yana Yefimenko, Creative Strategy Manager at Skillsta by Headway Inc, we're looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to join our team of superstars transforming the EdTech industry.

What product will you be working on?

Skillsta is an app that helps users worldwide improve their social skills through short, interactive lessons based on real-life situations. The app ranked among the top 20 in the Education category on the US App Store.

What will you do:
  • Create ad creatives — from idea to final approval
  • Set tasks by writing clear briefs for designers and the production team
  • Analyze ad performance — track results, identify patterns, and iterate on future concepts based on insights
  • Collaborate with the product team — exchange ideas to improve marketing metrics
  • Research competitors and trends — monitor the market, analyze competitor creatives, audience needs, and trends, and bring relevant approaches into our ads
  • Optimize processes — suggest improvements to the creative workflow and actively use AI tools
What do you need to join us:
  • Have 1+ year of experience in performance marketing (e.g., SMM, Creative Marketing Specialist, Content Producer, UGC Creator, Content Creator, Graphic/Motion Designer, Project manager)
  • Love to create, are well-organized, and generate bold ideas
  • Have copywriting skills and can turn ideas into catchy messaging
  • Understand digital marketing and believe in the power of creativity + analytics
  • Have English level B2 or higher
  • Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

Working schedule
