The People Experience team at Headway Inc is open and very proactive with transparent processes. As a member of this team уou will have the opportunity to improve your skills in building processes and communication at all levels of the company. Your decisions will actively influence the team and the business. What will you do:

— Ensure the team's vital activities (search for new suppliers, control of service performance, management of office expenses, individual requests from colleagues, presents/merch for birthdays).

— Initiate and implement office space improvements and optimize/automate administrative processes and workflow.

— Communicate with the team, inform about office life news and collect feedback.

— Organize office events for the team.

What do you need to join us:

— Previous experience as a People Experience Specialist/Office Manager.

— Experience using Excel, Notion, Figma.

— Creativity in work approaches.

— Speed and quality of work.

— Willingness to give and receive constructive criticism.

— Proactivity.

— Structured and systematic approach to team interaction.

— Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
