Це повна зайнятість на посаді Менеджера з імпорту, що базується в місті Київ, Україна. Посада включає нагляд та управління всіма аспектами процесу імпорту, співпрацю з міжнародними постачальниками, забезпечення дотримання митних правил та управління відповідною документацією. Менеджер з імпорту також вестиме переговори щодо контрактів, контролюватиме відвантаження та координуватиме дії з внутрішніми відділами для забезпечення своєчасної доставки та економічної ефективності.
Кваліфікація
Глибокі знання процесів імпорту, митних правил та вимог до документації
Навички управління ланцюгами поставок, логістики та планування
Відмінні здібності до ведення переговорів та комунікації
Організаторські, аналітичні навички та навички вирішення проблем
Володіння відповідним програмним забезпеченням та інструментами
Вільне володіння українською та англійською мовами (знання додаткових мов є перевагою)
Досвід роботи в міжнародній торгівлі, закупівлях або логістиці є дуже бажаним

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Import Manager, based in Kyiv City, Ukraine. The role includes overseeing and managing all aspects of the import process, collaborating with international suppliers, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and managing associated documentation. You will also negotiate contracts, monitor shipments, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of import processes, customs regulations, and documentation requirements
- Skills in supply chain management, logistics, and planning
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Work experience in international trade, procurement, or logistics is highly desirable
