We're Hiring: Media Buyer (Google Ads or Meta Ads)

Company: Worify | Performance Marketing Agency

Location: Remote (Worldwide)

Worify is a fast growing performance marketing agency working with ambitious brands that care about results, not vanity metrics. We're looking for a sharp Media Buyer who lives and breathes paid ads and knows how to scale profitably.

This is a fully remote role, but you'll also get opportunities to travel with the team to industry conferences, meetups, and client events.

What You'll Be Doing


• Plan, launch, and scale paid ad campaigns on Google Ads or Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)


• Manage budgets, optimize ROAS, CPA, and overall performance


• Write and test ad creatives, hooks, and angles with a performance mindset


• Analyze data daily and make fast, smart decisions


• Work closely with our strategy and creative team to improve results


• Stay up to date with ad platform changes, trends, and best practices


• Represent Worify at marketing conferences and events when needed

What We're Looking For


• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads (expertise in at least one is required)


• Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably


• Deep understanding of funnels, audiences, creatives, and tracking


• Data driven mindset with attention to detail


• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
