Key Responsibilities
As an
IT Coordinator
, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace technology and supporting users in its use.
- Ensuring the technical asset management process, optimizing utilization
- Maintaining an accurate inventory of assets, tracking changes in status
- Drafting, reviewing and approving contracts with suppliers of IT goods and services
- Work with legal and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Monitor and manage financial aspects of contracts, including invoicing, billing and payment schedules
- Create and manage purchase orders for goods, services or works
- Monitor and control procurement costs throughout the procurement process
- Receive and fulfil service requests from users, such as password resets, software installations and hardware requests
- Ensure service requests are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide basic user training on common software and IT tools

YOUR BACKGROUND
- Complete higher education in the field of information technology
- You have at least 2 years of practical experience in L1/L2 IT support
- Experience with ticket management systems (Service-now)
- Confident knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications, understanding of IT infrastructure
- Ability to work with and understand technical documentation, technical thinking.
- Well-developed communication skills
- English Upper-Intermediate
