KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an IT Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace technology and supporting users in its use.

  • Ensuring the technical asset management process, optimizing utilization
  • Maintaining an accurate inventory of assets, tracking changes in status
  • Drafting, reviewing and approving contracts with suppliers of IT goods and services
  • Work with legal and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Monitor and manage financial aspects of contracts, including invoicing, billing and payment schedules
  • Create and manage purchase orders for goods, services or works
  • Monitor and control procurement costs throughout the procurement process
  • Receive and fulfil service requests from users, such as password resets, software installations and hardware requests
  • Ensure service requests are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide basic user training on common software and IT tools

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Complete higher education in the field of information technology
  • You have at least 2 years of practical experience in L1/L2 IT support
  • Experience with ticket management systems (Service-now)
  • Confident knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications, understanding of IT infrastructure
  • Ability to work with and understand technical documentation, technical thinking.
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • English Upper-Intermediate
