Connecta Consulting is an independent Ukrainian consulting firm working in the fields of international cooperation, civil society development, and strategic communications. We support Ukrainian NGOs and SMEs in building strong international partnerships, improving their positioning, and engaging more effectively in Ukraine's EU accession and recovery processes. 

Our team includes experienced professionals with backgrounds in organizations such as UNICEF, OSCE, WHO, and UNDP, and is currently based across Kyiv, Warsaw, Brussels, and Copenhagen. We are now looking for
Junior Project Managers

and
Consultants

at different levels to support the team on a
part-time or freelance basis

.

We invite applications from final-year undergraduate or graduate students enrolled in English-language programmes, particularly in Public Administration, International Development, Communications, Journalism, Social Sciences, Business Administration, etc.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Communicate clearly and write well in English.
  • Are comfortable working independently and in a team.
  • Have an interest in project management, civil society, private sector development or international cooperation.

What to expect:

You'll be involved in tasks such as background research, project coordination, drafting content, funding proposals and project outlines, as well as preparing presentations for clients and partners. Most work is remote, with flexible hours.
