About the Company UMO is a next-generation neobank that combines cryptocurrency, fiat, investments, and lending into one innovative app. We are building a financial platform that blends the simplicity of Monobank with the multifunctionality of Revolut, making personal finance management convenient and modern.

Our mission is to make finance simple, fast, and secure for users and businesses through advanced technology and thoughtful UX.

Our team already consists of 30+ professionals. We are actively scaling and backed by a strategic partner — OX Company. Our offices are in Kyiv and Vilnius, with a new office planned soon in Dubai.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can effectively manage multichannel campaigns, grow the FrogFort brand, and engage target audiences both in Ukraine and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital advertising, email marketing, social media, print, and direct mail.
  • Analyze campaign performance, create reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop content and marketing materials.
  • Manage email communications: newsletters, welcome emails, and customer interactions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns to increase ROI and user engagement.
  • Prepare and present campaign results to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Practical experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity, initiative, strategic thinking, and results-oriented mindset.
