Who we are

Promova is a fast-growing ecosystem of language learning products and media designed to cover every aspect of learning a foreign language. We believe that professional guidance is essential to true language mastery. That's why, alongside our self-learning app and personalised study plans, we provide live online lessons with certified tutors.

Our offer includes individual lessons, small group lessons, conversation clubs, short-term consultancy courses, and special programs tailored to learners' goals. We connect students with tutors from around the world, giving learners exposure to diverse cultures and English varieties — while giving tutors the chance to teach motivated students in a flexible, international environment.

Who we're looking for

As Promova continues to grow, we're looking for certified, passionate tutors to join our academic team and teach adults online.

Our promise to learners is personalised learning that helps them achieve their goals - and your role as a tutor will involve:

  • Teaching a mix of formats - group lessons, one-to-one sessions, and conversation clubs. You're also welcome to bring your own ideas to the table - we actively track market trends and love evolving with our tutors.
  • Conducting needs analysis and speaking placement tests to identify student goals and determine their level.
  • Applying communicative techniques inspired by Dogme and CELTA-based methods to encourage active learning.
  • Working with high-quality resources from Cambridge University Press and other leading publishers, while also having the flexibility to incorporate your own materials and ideas.
  • Engaging in training sessions and professional development supported by Promova's Academic Team.
  • Contributing to special projects such as recording video courses for our app or developing thematic programs.

We're looking for tutors who can start with a few hours per week during the trial period, with the potential to grow to teaching hours per month.
