Our client is a newly formed FinTech partnership working to deliver next-gen, Cloud-First, trading solutions to global, multi-asset class institutional clients. The applications that we are building are highly modular, well-tested, well-documented, and internally discoverable, all of which are, we believe, the not-so-secret sauce that will enable us to scale the product and the business.
Our overarching commercial goal is to shake up an industry that is overdue for tech-driven disruption as we expand our capabilities and reach, pushing established industry practices forward in every respect. We are tackling these challenges because we believe that our clients deserve better.
IF YOU ARE- An experienced Software Engineer with a background in computer science, or a related engineering discipline
- Skilled in developing production systems using , , TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Java, MongoDB, and Quarkus
- Knowledgeable in event-driven architecture, event sourcing, and microservices communication patterns
- Experienced in building multi-threaded and concurrent applications
- Proficient in working with NoSQL databases such as Redis
- A practitioner of messaging systems like Kafka Core
- Familiar with front-end technologies, including React and Angular
- Build applications and services from scratch
- Take part in architecture and technology decisions
- Own the full development lifecycle: build, test, deploy, support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management
- Share knowledge through mentoring and stay up-to-date with tech trends
- Build a next-generation Order Management System (OMS) tailored for institutional trading firms
- Create a high-performance trader desktop application with browser compatibility and robust backend microservices
- Focus on meaningful development with minimal distractions and maximum coding time
- Work with a modern, cloud-native tech stack that evolves with the product
- Deliver impactful B2B solutions for broker/dealers in the U.S. market
- Explore diverse functional domains including market access, order workflows, risk management, compliance, and reporting
- Support sophisticated clients with expert-level infrastructure and product knowledge
- Drive innovation in a sector ripe for tech-driven transformation
