IF YOU ARE- Front-end software engineer with strong experience in building modern, marketing-driven user interfaces
- Proficient in , , TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Skilled in SEO optimization, Google Tag Manager, Lighthouse, and Google PageSpeed Insights
- Front-end performance optimization, accessibility, and A/B testing
- Experienced in front-end performance tuning, accessibility standards, and A/B testing strategies
- Comfortable integrating with marketing tools, CMS platforms like Sanity, Salesforce, and internal APIs
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment workflows
- Knowledgeable in cloud storage and data platforms such as Redshift, Azure, and SQL
- Pragmatic and collaborative, thriving in fast-paced environments
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Lead the migration from Optimizely to a modern stack built on and Sanity
- Design and deliver fast, scalable, and SEO-optimized web experiences
- Create high-converting landing pages and lead generation features that drive business impact
- Implement performance strategies to improve load times and reduce bounce rates
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and data teams to align on user behavior and KPIs
- Monitor analytics and attribution to continuously improve user engagement
- Document architecture and testing processes to ensure maintainability and scalability
- Transform a legacy MarTech stack into a modular, high-performance web ecosystem
- Build front-end experiences that balance business goals with technical excellence
- Work in a collaborative, trust-based environment with direct client interaction
- Drive digital transformation that boosts visibility, engagement, and conversion rates
