HR Business Partner у COMFY — це 
стратегічний партнер керівників та команди,
який розуміє бізнес-процеси та допомагає команді досягати найкращих результатів. Ти станеш ключовим гравцем у розвитку та підтримці 
співробітників контакт-центру
, забезпечуючи високий рівень залученості та ефективності команди.

Які в
 
тебе будуть задачі:

  • Ведення повного циклу рекрутингу для підрозділу контакт-центру
  • Організація ефективної адаптації новачків та супровід у період онбордингу
  • Співпраця з керівниками у питаннях розвитку та навчання команд
  • Проведення 1:1 зустрічей та performance review, формування планів розвитку співробітників
  • Формування кадрового резерву та підтримка процесів внутрішнього росту
  • Участь у HR-проєктах та ініціативах для покращення процесів і корпоративної культури

  • Досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді від 3-х років.
  • Вміння працювати з сучасними інструментами підбору, адаптації та розвитку персоналу.
