  • We are looking for a new member, who will share our passion for perfect pixels, effective collaboration, and clear processes. We are working on many complex and interesting projects, mainly B2C/B2B/SaaS. We create the user experience for web and mobile applications, serving clients in various industries: finance, healthcare, travel, etc. Our designers combine user experience and visual skills, are flexible and proactive, and can work either independently on a project or as a part of a bigger design team.

  • Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging, user-friendly digital experiences

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Use the results of the user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
  • Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals

  • Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices

  • 6+ months of experience in UX/UI design, or a similar design field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and work

  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and interaction design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
