Одна з таких зараз працює над проривними рішеннями в домені БпЛА, які перевернуть поле бою з ніг на голову.

Зараз розширюється ERP відділ IT департаменту, тож ми шукаємо C# Team Lead, який має досвід роботи з IT Enterprise.
В команді зараз є архітектор, 2 розробника, і QA Engineer. Команда активно розширяється, тому поговорити буде з ким)

Майбутні обов'язки:

  • Керівництво командою розробників ERP (планування, розподіл задач, контроль термінів і якості).
  • Аналіз бізнес-вимог та трансформація їх у технічні рішення разом із бізнес-стейкхолдерами.
  • Архітектурне проєктування та контроль реалізації модулів і інтеграцій IT-Enterprise.
  • Контроль якості коду: code review, дотримання стандартів і best practices.
  • Участь у вирішенні складних технічних питань та забезпечення стабільної роботи системи.
  • Планування релізів, оновлень і впроваджень у продуктивне середовище.
  • Менторство та розвиток команди, участь у підборі нових розробників.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Досвід роботи з ERP-системою IT-Enterprise, розуміння її структури, модулів та функцій.
  • Досвід розробки на C# та роботі з платформою .NET (версії 3.5/4.0/4.5/5/ASP.NET, .NET Core).
  • Досвід роботи з СУБД MSSQL, а також знання SQL і досвід роботи з іншими СУБД (MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
  • Розуміння бізнес-процесів і здатність адаптувати ERP-систему під потреби компанії.
  • Досвід лідерства та управління командою розробників (планування роботи, розподіл задач, контроль виконання)
  • Уміння будувати ефективну комунікацію всередині команди та з бізнес-стейкхолдерами.
  • Навички менторства: підтримка розвитку розробників, проведення code review, допомога у вирішенні складних технічних питань.
  • Уміння реалізовувати інтеграції через REST API, SOAP, WCF, з автентифікацією через Basic, Forms (Cookies) або oAuth 2.0.

Буде плюсом:

  • Знання JavaScript, HTML, CSS; знання React.
