As a Delivery Manager at Langate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services to our clients. You will lead a team of talented professionals, oversee project execution, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery Excellence:
- Monitoring project status, risks, and issues.
- Initiating corrective actions to adjust the project course.
- Aligning and controlling goals across projects and teams.
- Planning and executing replacements and rotations.
- Maintaining a competency matrix.
- Configuring/initiating training processes for managers and team leads.
3. Process Leadership:
- Implementing best practices for team and performance management.
- Launching a culture of continuous development in collaboration with HR.
4. Growth & Upsell Support:
- Identifying growth opportunities within projects (in coordination with Sales).
- Supporting presales activities for existing and new clients.
5. Client Success & Account Retention
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Handling escalations, collecting feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
