Якщо ти обереш цю вакансію, ось що ти робитимеш:

  • Досліджуй світові фінансові ринки.

Щодня відстежуй акції різних країн світу, зокрема провідних секторів США. Комбінуй геополітичні та макро події, корпоративні релізи та потокові дані, аби вловити ринковий імпульс раніше за інших.

  • Виявляй закономірності та системні взаємозв'язки.

Формулюй власні гіпотези щодо поведінки секторів та окремих компаній, будуй сценарії й перевіряй їх на реальних ринкових рухах.

  • Збирай та аналізуй дані.

Працюй із звітами компаній, галузевими дослідженнями та альтернативною data. Використовуй усе, що дає edge.

  • Фільтруй, моделюй, перевіряй.

Будуй економетричні та ML-моделі, перетворюючи ідеї на протестовані сигнали. Піддавай їх stress-тестам реального ринку й залишай лише те, що реально працює.

  • Діставайся суті.

Відділяй ключові драйвери від інформаційного шуму.

  • Пояснюй зрозуміло та лаконічно.

Перетворюй масиви цифр на дашборди, графіки та лаконічні статті, якими трейдер може скористатися негайно. Проводь внутрішні лекції й поширюй знання в компанії.

  • Вдосконалюйся щодня.

Ринок змінюється щохвилини — опановуй нові інструменти й звіряй своє бачення з поточними подіями, щоб твій edge залишався свіжим і гострим.

  • Оптимізуй процеси та ініціюй нові проєкти.

Побачив, де можна покращити поточний процес чи створити новий? Підготуй аргументований кейс— і перевіримо його в дії разом.

Hard Skills

  • Експертиза (2р.+) в одному або декількох напрямах

Вимоги до досвіду

  • Middle:
     2+ роки досвіду в аналітиці або активному трейдингу.
  • Senior:
     4+ роки аналогічного досвіду.

Міжнародна сертифікація
 (CFA, FRM, CAIA, ACCA тощо) — перевага або процес її здобуття.
