, який (яка) підсилить нашу присутність у конкурентному світі iGaming та affiliate marketing.

У цій ролі ти відповідатимеш за формування та впровадження комплексної бренд-стратегії, яка сприятиме залученню користувачів, формуванню довіри, зростанню трафіку та довгострокової цінності бренду для нашої iGaming affiliate платформи.

Твоїми задачами будуть:

  • Формування та реалізація загальної бренд-стратегії і бачення, узгоджених з цілями компанії та її позиціюванням на ринку.
  • Визначення та донесення tone of voice і візуальної айдентики бренду в усіх комунікаційних каналах.
  • Розвиток іміджу платформи як надійного експерта у сфері iGaming та affiliate marketing.
  • Планування та запуск багатоканальних маркетингових кампаній для бренду (digital, соціальні мережі, партнерства, PR тощо).
  • Робота в тандемі з командами SEO, контенту, дизайну та user acquisition для забезпечення узгодженості комунікацій та цілісного брендингу на всіх каналах.
  • Забезпечення відповідності стилю та тону всіх комунікацій бренду, щоб бути зрозумілими та релевантними як для нових користувачів, так і для лояльної аудиторії.
  • Застосування результатів досліджень ринку та аналітики для визначення цільових аудиторій і розробки маркетингових кампаній, орієнтованих на їхні потреби.
  • Розробка стратегії залучення користувачів (програми лояльності, контент, що формує довіру, розвиток спільноти).
  • Просування бренду у партнерській та B2B-екосистемі через нетворкінг, участь у галузевих івентах та співпрацю з медіа.
  • Організація спільних маркетингових активностей з представниками iGaming-ринку.
  • Оцінка ефективності кампаній, аналіз KPI та оптимізація майбутніх ініціатив.

Для досягнення результатів, тобі знадобляться:

  • Від 3-х років досвіду в бренд-маркетингу, бажано в сфері iGaming або Affiliate marketing.
  • Доведений досвід розробки та впровадження стратегій бренд-маркетингу.
  • Глибоке розуміння специфіки iGaming-ринку: від регуляторних вимог до поведінки користувачів і конкурентного середовища.
  • Розвинені усні та письмові комунікаційні навички, здатність чітко доносити ідеї та працювати з різними аудиторіями.
  • Володіння англійською мовою на рівні не нижче B2 (усна та письмова).
  • Сильні навички проджект-менеджменту та командної роботи.
  • Впевнене володіння маркетинг-інструментами, такими як Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, соціальні мережі та email-платформи.
  • Досвід у сфері UX/бренд-стратегії, інфлюенс-маркетингу або перформанс-брендингу.
