We're looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist who can own our LinkedIn lead generation channel from end to end. You'll run cold outreach campaigns in parallel with our email marketing efforts, targeting B2B decision-makers who need IT services. This isn't about blasting connection requests—it's about building genuine relationships with CTOs, engineering managers, and tech leaders who are actively looking for development partners.
You'll also recruit speakers for our webinar program, which means understanding how to approach busy executives and sell them on why speaking at our events is worth their time.
You'll know you're crushing it when you're consistently filling the pipeline with qualified leads from LinkedIn, our accounts have strong engagement and avoid any restrictions, and you're booking speakers for every webinar we plan.
Does this relate to you?Must Have:
- Upper Intermediate English level (B2) or higher for professional communication with international audiences.
- 2+ years of hands-on B2B LinkedIn outreach experience with documented results.
- 1+ years working in an IT or software development company.
- Marketing background with understanding of demand generation fundamentals.
- Deep knowledge of LinkedIn's platform rules, limitations, and best practices (connection limits, content restrictions, InMail usage, etc.).
- Proven ability to write messages that get responses from senior-level B2B audiences.
- Strong research skills to identify the right prospects, understand their challenges, and personalize outreach.
- Organizational and time management abilities to juggle multiple campaigns, accounts, and priorities without dropping balls.
- Communication skills that work in writing (messaging, content) and speaking (internal collaboration, potentially calls with prospects).
- Comfort working both independently (you own this channel) and collaboratively (you'll coordinate with sales, marketing, and content teams).
- Efficiency mindset—you move fast but don't sacrifice quality for speed. Every message still needs to be sharp.

– Cold email marketing experience (you understand multi-channel outreach).
– B2B social media marketing best practices.
– LinkedIn Ads campaign experience.
– Strategic marketing thinking beyond just tactical execution.
– Sales or SDR background (you've been on quota before).
Lead Generation & Relationship Building:
- Connect with ICP contacts (we'll provide the lists) and move them through the funnel from cold contact to qualified opportunity.
- Write messaging that gets replies, not ignored. You know the difference between a templated pitch and a conversation starter.
- Combine LinkedIn outreach with other channels for ABM campaigns when targeting high-value accounts.
- Identify prospect needs through genuine conversations and position our services as solutions.
- Build and maintain our LinkedIn outreach infrastructure across multiple accounts.
- Handle account health—verifications, regular posting, commenting, responding to maintain credibility and avoid restrictions.
- Keep our contact database clean, segmented, and up-to-date.
- Automate repetitive tasks using AI tools and other workflow automation platforms
Performance & Optimization:
- Track key metrics: connection acceptance rates, response rates, conversion to qualified leads.
- Report on what's working and what isn't, with recommendations for improvement.
- Stay ahead of LinkedIn's changing rules and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Fully paid English classes with an in-house English teacher.
