W7g is a community-driven fashion game developed under the Genesis holding umbrella.
Main products:
- SUITSME - a mobile fashion game (50M+ outfits created)
- FABU - an emotional well-being app with gamification elements
We're looking for a passionate and data-driven Product Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our product. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and designers to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and drive data-informed decisions.
About you:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL - ability to extract and manipulate data independently.
- Solid understanding of product metrics (e.g., LTV, ROI, ARPU, ARPPU, retention, conversion funnels).
- Experience in A/B testing and cohort analysis.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Firebase).
- Ability to structure and interpret complex data to generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills - you can translate numbers into clear business recommendations.
Nice to have:
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Working knowledge of Python
- Experience with mobile B2C applications.
- Prior experience in fast-paced, product-driven environments.

What you will do:
- Analyze product metrics and business KPIs to evaluate performance and guide decision-making.
- Form and test hypotheses to support product development through A/B tests and experiments.
- Provide analytical support to product, development, and marketing teams.
- Research user behavior, market trends, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct operational monitoring and diagnose anomalies in key metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product analytics processes and implement best practices.
