We are looking for a Product Analyst for Digital Banking to join our team

Key responsibilities
  • The Product Analyst collects the product requirements of all stakeholders, transforms them into tasks, and prioritizes the order of processing.
  • Guide the development team during sprints to ensure value delivery
  • Manage all post-go-live activities to ensure a smooth transition, resolve outstanding items, and plan any follow-up work
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Write user stories or features and add them as entries to the product backlog, refine the entries with the team (e.g. in backlog refinement) and formulate acceptance criteria for the individual entries

What we expect from you
  • Strong understanding of user needs and behaviors, strong business product knowledge
  • Experience in product development and management
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Communication: Strong facilitator, negotiator and has also organizational skills
  • Problem solving and continuous improvement mindset

Quipu Regional Office Kyiv was established in 2005 and currently has around 50 employees. We provide technical support to the global group of ProCredit Banks with two teams that cover various areas of technology for banks.
