About the client:
Our client is based in Florida, USA, and running a digital marketing agency focused on the contractor industry. The client mostly handles local service businesses seeking growth with Local SEO and PPC.

Our client has a policy of "no jerks" for both clients and team members and is looking to grow its client-servicing team with exceptional super-stars who are passionate about what they do and have the right attitude.

As an Account Manager, you coordinate client communication and deliverables with our internal team and business partners. You will be the primary point of contact in phone calls, video calls, and e-mails with customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring the client's services align with their needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor our client's services to meet their expectations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication to meet client expectations.
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide regular reports to clients on project progress and results.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during client engagements.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by proactively managing expectations.

Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
  • Prior 2-3 years of experience with account management, customer service, or business manager is required
  • High attention to detail
  • Ownership, initiative, & proactiveness
  • Comfortable conducting business conversations via video and audio web meetings, e-mails, and instant messages daily
  • Must have a professional appearance and backdrop
  • Must speak perfect English with no accent
  • Outstanding follow-up and follow-through
  • Effective time management, personal accountability, and organization
