Це 18-місячна програма швидкого розвитку на посаду менеджера для випускників і молодих спеціалістів з високим потенціалом Метою програми є виховання майбутніх лідерів команди виробництва BAT 

ПІД ЧАС ВАШОЇ ПРОГРАМИ МИ НАДАЄМО ВАМ:

  • реальну роботу з реальним впливом з першого дня. Завдання на програмі можуть різнитись залежно від відділу в якому ви проходите ротацію протягом програми, проте прикладами можуть бути такі завдання:

Відділ виробництва:

  • аналіз процесів та обслуговування лінії;
  • модернізація виробничого обладнання.

Інженерний відділ:

  • інсталяція/деінсталяція виробничих ліній в рамках інженерних проєктів.

Відділ постачання:

  • впровадження найбільш ефективних логістичних процесів, систему контролю та вимірювання складської/транспортної логістики;

Відділ якості та продукту:

  • координація запуску нових продуктів та модифікацій існуючих;
  • впровадження та вдосконалення процесів у відповідності до системи управління якості.
  • підготовку лідерів світового рівня в Глобальній BAT Академії, де ви налагодите спілкування з іншими випускниками та старшими колегами з усього світу
  • шанс вплинути на наш міжнародний бізнес, беручи участь у глобальних міжринкових проєктах під наглядом вашого тренера та наставника
