Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Principal Designer, Mask Design Engineering specializing in Memory Technology to join our innovative team in Seoul, South Korea. In this senior-level role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge mask designs for advanced memory technologies, driving our company's position at the forefront of the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Layout (mask design) for Peripheral circuit for advanced memory technologies, ensuring optimal performance and manufacturability
- DRC/LVS Verification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from other sites
- Understand Geometrical design rules and Leaf / Module guidelines for mask design
- Analyze and optimize mask designs to improve yield, performance, and cost-effectiveness
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation
Your Experience
- 5+ years of experience in IC layout
- virtuoso layout editer
- Calibre DRC
- Synopsys LVS
Nice to have
- English skills
- Knowledge of Layout automation
- Experienced management or leading
