Кожен департамент закриває певну операційну потребу бізнесу в повній мірі. Фахівці компанії залучені на всіх етапах: від виробничої лінії в Україні до логістичного центру в Польщі, звідки продукцію відправляють дистриб'юторам по всьому світу.
Ми шукаємо нового гравця в Travel Department аби підсилити діючу команду. Задачі:
  • Підготовка та ведення кошторисів для відряджень.
  • Опрацювання заявок на створення замовлень (без планування та викупу квитків).
  • Адміністративна підтримка travel-відділу (робота з документами, внутрішніми запитами).
  • Взаємодія з travel-менеджером та допомога в операційних процесах.
  • Контроль правильності даних у заявках, робота з деталями та уточненнями.
  • Координація з іншими департаментами у частині погоджень.
  • Тісна співпраця з департаментом фінансів.
  • Ведення звітності.
Необхідні знання та навички:
  • Вища освіта.
  • Англійська мова - Intermediate, буде плюсом.
  • Досвід роботи з організації ділових поїздок або турів буде плюсом.
  • Організаторські навички, комунікабельність, гнучкість.
