Твої майбутні обов'язки:

  • Пошук та залучення талантів: Використання усіх можливих джерел для пошуку кандидатів: LinkedIn, job-борди, соціальні мережі та нетворкінг
  • Співпраця з наймаючими менеджерами: ведення ефективної комунікації з наймаючими менеджерами для розуміння їхніх вимог до кандидатів.
  • Оцінка кандидатів: Проведення інтерв'ю та оцінка кандидатів на відповідність вимогам компанії
  • Підтримка бренду роботодавця: відвідини івентів, ярмарків вакансій та представлення компанії на таких заходах

Ти наш кандидат якщо:

  • Маєш не менше 3 років досвіду в рекрутингу
  • Знаєш, як формувати профіль кандидата, навіть якщо сам менеджер невпевнений, хто йому потрібен
  • Вмієш круто визначати хард та софт скіли кандидатів на рекрутинговому інтерв'ю
  • Любиш працювати з позиціями із зірочкою і досліджувати нові напрямки в наймі
  • Вмієш будувати комунікацію з наймаючою командою і знаходити підхід в роботі з різними командами
