Необхідні знання та навички:
  • Досвід роботи з Google Sheets або Excel (фільтри, прості формули, зведені таблички).
  • Уміння писати короткі й зрозумілі інструкції.
  • Навички комунікації з людьми з різним бекграундом — від лідів до новачків.
  • Бажання розібратися в новій системі / логіці / автоматизації (навчимо, якщо треба).
Завдання:
  • Підтримка запусків нових процесів та рішень: (слідкувати, щоб "усе працювало"; бути на зв'язку з командами, пояснювати, адаптувати; вчасно виявляти помилки — і виправляти або передавати далі).
  • Тестування, контроль і моніторинг: (перевіряти правильність налаштувань, автоматизацій, логіки; тримати під контролем тимчасові рішення (довідники, таблички, обходи); регулярно перевіряти якість і стабільність).
  • Підготовка документації та інструкцій: (створювати короткі, зручні, зрозумілі гайди; за потреби пояснювати їх наживо або в листуванні).
  • Робота з користувачами: (пояснювати терпляче, з прикладами, покроково; збирати фідбек і повертати його у команду для поліпшень; бути "локальним адвокатом" змін — і для команди, і для користувачів).
